Terms of transportation

1. The procedure of ordering the service is as follows.

1.1. It can be done by filling out our on-line ordering form. We confirm the orders in e-mail, after it has been received.

1.2. In urgent cases it can be also oredered by phone.

2. The order can be modified 72 hours before the start of the journey, also it can be canceled 48 hours from start, both free of charge. If the cancellation takes place after this time limit, than you have to pay the full price. Modifications made less than 72 hours before start will be surcharged with an amount that varies depending on the number of travelers, but is a minimum of 5.000 HUF. Modifying to a time that is less than 24 hours away can only be accepted if there is vacancy and a verbal arrangement is made.

3. In case you don’t receive any notification about the pick up time untill 7PM on the day before your trip, definitely call the following number for arrangements: +36 (30) 649-4999.

4. If the passenger cannot be reached on the given phone number, then the responsibility of the inconvinience caused by any changes is on him/her.

5. We can only guarantee the transportation of passengers arriving with flights scheduled to land after 11PM, if the plane isn’t delayed for more than 30 minutes, in the case when there are passengers already waiting in our cars who were picked up earlier.

6. Requested transfers that are less then 3 days from the ordering can only be accepted by us if there are vacant places in any of our vehicles, or adjusted to the transfer of those customers who ordered in time.

7. If the time of returning differs from the one mentioned on the original order, than it is the passenger’s duty to inform the supplier of the new arrival time, right after he/she gets informed about this change. Failing to do so means that the supplier is not responsible for any damages caused in connection with the missing notification.

8. In the case of excess luggage (more than 2 suitcases/person), or other equipment (snowboard, bicycle, wheelchair) we need to be informed upon booking, or until the day before the trip. The fee for the excess luggage is 2.000 HUF. Traveling with a dog is only possible, if it is below 10 Kgs in weight, and has to be placed in a kennel with a muzzle on.

9. The prices indicated in the price-list are the costs of the transfer from the following cities: Debrecen, Hajdúszoboszló, Nyíregyháza, Tiszafüred, Tiszaújváros. The cost when traveling from a different city, will be arranged in advance with the passenger.

10. When traveling to the airport we deliver our passengers to the starting time of the check-in, but a shift of maximum of 45 minutes in the arrival time may occur. Upon return, for those arriving with separate flights, but with landing time differences not more than 90 minutes will have to wait for each other.

If the plane is arriving with a more than 60 minutes delay, than the passenger will be picked up by our next available car at the airport. The passenger will be notified by sms or by phone about the arrival time of our next vehicle. The waiting time in this case can be several hours even!

11. If there are more than one address when traveling to the airport there can be a 5-10 minutes delays in the pick up times.

12. For safety reasons the driver cannot leave the vehicle, therefore waiting for a passenger inside the Terminal is only possible with a written request. We will wait for everyone on the arrival side of the airport, on the place designated for this purpose. We can also place a sign with the passengers names on it if requested.

13. Our firm is not responsible for any lateness caused by events that are not cotrolable by any party (e.g.: accidents, road blockades), but to decrease this risk we have several alternate routes. To avoid any inconvinience caused by technical disfunctions we have replacement vehicles available to our passengers.

14. The average time of the journey from Debrecen and Nyíregyháza is 3 hours in the period starting from 1st of March to the 1st of November and it is 3,5-4 hours in the rest of the year. Thus we arrange the pick up times in order with this. We will notify the passengers about the journey time when traveling from an other city.

15. During the service we take the responsibility of recompensation for any damages that is caused by the provable mistake of our company.

16. The passenger takes all the responsibility for the damages caused by him/her in the vehicle or any other passenger.

17. When travelling with us, the passenger is liable to be in good health, and do not have any diseases that means a higher than usual risk to the other passengers. The passenger also has to be polite with other passengers as well as the driver. In case the passenger is disturbing anyone the driver has to right to suspend his/her journey. The passengers participate in our service on their own responsibility.

18. The passenger has to accept the conditions mentioned above to participate in our service. After ordering, the passenger accepts these conditions with the receiving of the confirmation documents. Handing over the confirmation is the duty and liability of the person who is taking the order.

19. Payments can be made either by cash at any partner travel agency, as well as by money transfer to our account at Unicredit Bank Hungary Plc. with account number: 10918001-00000077-20470005. It can also be made by cash at our office or at the driver if the other possibilities do not work.

20. The person who is ordering will be contacted by us through e-mail in every case to confirm the order and to clarify the date of traveling. The supplier contacts the passenger directly about the pick up time if it is possible, otherwise the one who ordered will be notified.
